Here's my menu plan for the week.

Sunday - Green Bean Casserole (not the Thanksgiving one, made with homemade cream of mushroom soup, baked in the oven)

Monday - Beef Stew

Tuesday - Funky Chicken with Sesame Noodles

Wednesday - Blintz Pancakes

Thursday - Broccoli Cheesy Rice

Might be doing some crazy schedules this weekend, so we aren't planning anything quite yet.... Enjoy your Labor Day!

Monday - Peach Dumplings (made with Better Batter -- oh soooooo yummy! Just like my Grandma used to make!)

Tuesday - Chicken Tortilla Chip Casserole

Wednesday - Honey Baked Lentils with Spaghetti

Thursday - Chili and Cornbread

Friday - Pizza

Saturday - Pineapple Fried Rice

Sunday - Crockpot Black Beans and Chicken

Monday - BLT's on corn tortillas (we were out of bread and buns, go figure.....)

Tuesday - Lasagna with Salad and Betty Crocker GF Chocolate Cake (Missionaries are coming to eat with us)

Wednesday - Spaghetti Broccoli Bake -- didn't get to it last week

Thursday - Chicken Fiesta Bake

Friday - Pizza

Saturday - Brats and Burgers or leftovers

Sunday - Family Dinner -- no idea what I'm bringing yet
