As you can tell, I'm a little bit slow this week... We survived our Spring Break, but I just haven't gotten caught up the way I had hoped to...
My menu plan changed a bunch for this week -- so now that the week is half over, I think I've finally committed to what we're eating the rest of this week.
Monday - Green Bean Casserole (1 can (or homemade) cream of mushroom soup, 1 lb cooked ground beef, 1 can green beans (we prefer french cut) - all mixed together in a casserole dish, topped with mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese -- cooked at 350 for 20-30 minutes)
Tuesday -
Black Bean and Spinach LasagnaWednesday -
Chicken Noodle SoupThursday -
Broccoli Cheesy Rice (I made something similar for the missionaries a few months ago, but I can't find the recipe... so we keep trying to find something similar...)
Friday - Pizza
Saturday -
Hawaiian Haystacks - scroll to bottom - we're feeding the missionaries - yum!
Sunday - Crockpot Roast
