Here's my menu plan for the week.
Monday - Dutch Rice (family recipe - Cooked Rice, topped with butter, sugar and cinnamon) *Note, we had a ton of protein for breakfast and lunch, so carbs for dinner it was
Tuesday -
Chicken Noodle Soup (DD1 bday - this is what she wants for dinner... we'll be making the noodles)
Wednesday -
Sausage Mozzarella Casserole (WAY scaled down...)
Thursday -
Tator Tot CasseroleFriday -
Pizza Saturday - Leftovers or Grill (depending on the weather)
Sunday - Crockpot Roast
